O'Shaughnessy
The O’Shaughnessy bend has a slightly narrower gap than the round bend, with a break at the base. For saltwater or freshwater applications aimed at heavy and powerful fish, the O’Shaugnessy shape ensures greater resistance to opening.

Hi-Carbon Steel
Carbon stabilizes iron during temperature changes. The higher the level of carbon, the stronger steel.
VMC® uses premium-quality high carbon steel to allow for a thinner hook with the highest quality point and durability.
